I have more than 10 years of experience designing, conducting, and managing research, evaluation, and strategy projects focusing on gender equality, education and training, and service design. I have a particular passion for mixed-methods research, participatory and feminist approaches, and building learning processes and systems. My past work has ranged from the co-creation of a Theory of Change for a climate advocacy training program, to leading a multi-country MEL team to collect, analyze, and learn from program data, and leading participatory gender strategy design processes with funders and implementing organizations. I have worked in staff roles in academia, philanthropy, and NGOs and as an independent consultant.
