Bridgeable is an award-winning service design consultancy that works with leaders, organizations, and people, to create a more human world, one experience at a time. As a Director of Design Strategy, my job is to partner with our clients to tackle their most pressing strategic challenges, and to lead Bridgeable's interdisciplinary delivery teams of designers, researchers and biomedical communicators to deliver successful, envelope-pushing projects. Transforming healthcare is my passion, and my work spans the macro and micro of this complex space. I've led system-level initiatives to implement new care pathways, reimagine clinical workflows and address the social determinants of health. I've also delivered projects that examine the more immediate needs of patients and providers, helping them achieve objectives like improved care navigation, better management of chronic conditions and greater dialogue about treatment options. I have experience working in a variety of disease states including oncology, Alzheimer's and dementia, and liver disease, and healthcare settings such as primary care, public health, tertiary care and long-term care.I draw on service design, co-creation, strategic thinking and implementation science methodologies to ensure the solutions I design are desirable, feasible and viable.
