• Manages daily activities of direct and indirect reports; assesses competency, capacity and performance; facilitates recruitment/hiring, team training, discipline and terminations as necessary • Assures Customer Care Coordinators (CCC) and Service Coordinators (SC) effectively manage their Orders in Progress (OIP) via OIP meetings, delivery planning, pending order reports, and days in step; productive scheduling of all Seating and Service technicians; proactive support to Assistive Technology Professionals• Actively works to meet and exceed financial goals; fiscally responsible for branch operations expenses, such as office supplies, warehouse supplies, vendor management, overtime, vehicle related expenses, monthly and annual rehab and service sales goals • Drives excellences and results through accountability, departmental collaboration, and relationship building; reinforces company standards and expectations, such as timeliness, communication, quality assurance, and adherence to policy and compliance with associated governing bodies
