Support highly successful advertising sales team with account management duties including client communication, research and reporting, marketing and events for the Money and Fortune brands.Act as an inside sales rep, prospecting and fielding sales calls and client inquires. Work closely with Marketing/Media professionals handling all aspects of a campaign, from RFP submissions to digital campaign summaries.Data mining for prospective clients resulting in new business for the publications.Follow all media outlets to ensure client campaigns are running as intended, including capturing screenshots, checking magazines for correct placements, and sending checking copies/tearsheets.Maintain strong contacts at both agency and client levels and manage the contact information through database management.Establish brand awareness through Fortune and Money franchise events (i.e., Fortune 500 Day, Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work, Money’s Best Places to Retire) by organizing client/agency events surrounding the lists.Responsible for booking all new and revised insertions orders, as well as maintain the central file which includes all correspondence, contracts and revisionsassociated with the orders.
