I am the Communication Manager of Visionest Institute, a leading Estonian training and development company that provides its services to organizations in Estonia and internationally. The company has offices in Tallinn and Kyiv with 33 years of training experience, since 1990. On average, around 2500 people attend courses annually. Visionest Institute’s international network of coaches spans Estonia, Finland, Sweden, the United Kingdom, Germany, Poland, Italy, and Norway. Visionest Institute has completed major projects dedicated to developing high-level export-oriented Ukrainian companies and creating the market for export consultants in Ukraine. Notable projects include Export Academy, Train the Trainers, Export Consultants Mastery, and the Ukraine Rebuilding Task Force.Additionally, I serve as an Ambassador and Export Advisor of the new business community "Ukrainian HORECA Cluster," which aims to unite Ukrainian manufacturers of products for the HoReCa sector and promote them in Ukraine and internationally. Furthermore, I am one of the organizers and founder of the Hospitality Connect Conference (Ukraine).In my professional background, a special place is devoted to organizing collective Ukrainian pavilions at major trade shows like Gulfood, SIAL Paris, PLMA Amsterdam, PLMA Chicago, Alimentaria & Hostelco, and IFE London, etc., with @Export Promotion Center.I also have the honour of creating and training a large educational program for Ukrainian exporters, Export Academy 2022 by Visionest Institute, with over 150 SME alumni. Since 2023, I have been a lecturer and creator of the "International Trade Fair Activity" course at the State University of Trade and Economics in Kyiv, Ukraine.
