Project managed a number of fit-outs and relocations in a wide range of industry sectors. Major projects include:• International pharmaceutical company – Lead Programme Manager on the fit-outs of its international office projects including offices in Madrid, Prague, Dubai, Paris, Bogota and Tokyo.• Online university – Refurbishment and fitout of the newly client owned building to accommodate the team in a new collaborative open plan working environment. Sustainability and reuse was a key focus for the project and it achieved an Excellent Breeam Fit-out & Refurbishment Certification.• Estate management company – Fit-out from CatA of its new 23,000ft2 Head Office in Paddington. The office was designed to bring together teams from 3 separate locations, so care was taken to design an open environment to promote collaboration. The fitout achieved the first Outstanding Breeam Fit-out & Refurbishment Certification and was shortlisted for the 2016 Breeam Awards.• Major developer – Fit-out of its 45,000ft2 Head Office in a live environment, including the installation of a 3 floor staircase through the middle of the working space. Work included complex programme management of the churn to allow the works to be carried out in a multi-layered phase approach. The fitout achieved the first Excellent Breeam Fit-out & Refurbishment Certification.

A major project included project managing the closure of three buildings, including redesign of office areas, space allocation and relocation of 300 people. Other regular PM tasks included:• All moves and changes for London sites including design and office planning.• Responsible for all aspects of the day to day running of the offices.• Refurbishment of 3,000 sq. ft. Hospitality & Staff Bar area.• Management of telecommunications system, land-line & mobiles. • Responsible for Telecoms and Capital Expenditure budget.
