As a Resourcing Manager at Foolproof, I drive the mobilisation of project teams optimising the utilisation and charge-ability of our client facing workforce. Responsible for teams in UK, Singapore, South Africa and India, bringing in contractors to supplement when needed.

Working for a start-up real money gaming company I hit the ground running and performed multiple roles to ensure the smooth running of a hugely diverse and multi-cultural office. I was the 16th member of the company. When I left there were 60 in the company. I was instrumental in and assisted with the project management of the hiring process for all new employees.

Responsible for the smooth daily management of a studio of 80 staff, PA to the Studio Director and line manager to the Studio Administrator.

Responsible for overseeing all Endemol development projects and providing support to a team of eight Production Executives on their commissioned programmes. Managing and training a team of two Production Secretaries and 3 Runners to ensure all production shoots were organised efficiently meeting deadlines on time and on budget.

Trisha Goddard, daily 60 minute as-live shows for FIVEI managed the production and staffing budget of the daytime series while forging a good business relationship with Maidstone and Teddington Studios and its crew, to ensure production days, filming five shows over two days, ran to schedule. I trained and managed a motivated team of production coordinators and runners as well as acting as PA to the Director on studio days. A promotion to Production Manager gave me more responsibility for production and studio-based decision making; I was instrumental in the negotiations of the Maidstone studio contract renewal.
