This varied role has seen me: - Heading up project logistics to identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple locations.- Develop processes and structures, to keep this production on time and on schedule. - Managing a core team of 8 - ensuring work schedules are met, managing WIP meetings, tracking the budget, hiring of crew and HR within the core team. - Take the lead on logistics - involved travelling crew to numerous places around the world to film, ensuring media was sent to post-production, orchestration of everyones task for the day and to complete the project. - Agile approach; a love for solving problems and dealing with challenges and changes- Budget management - Develop and manage production budgets, taking into account the unique logistical requirements and challenges of each location.
