- Project manager for typical FM projects such as relocations, constructions, reconstructions, governance and improvement projects for the out sourced service vendor. - Controller for the department budget. Yearly budget approximately 30 MEUR, with construction and relocations accounting for half. Achievements Improved the relocation process and reduced both direct costs and “non utilization time” for the internal customers with 30-40%. Responsible and Sony Ericsson’s participant in a Swedish 15 company benchmarking project, allowing us to improve the service delivery and reduce costs with up to 3MSEK per year.

 - Supplier assessments, market analysis, RFP/RFQ process, evaluations and negotiations. Worked with Ericsson Corporate team for frame agreements for IS/IT- and R & D contractors. - Introduced preferred supplier concept which resulted in higher efficiency, lower cost and improved resource management. - Established administrative and financial processes and structures. Achievements Introduced the preferred supplier concept which saved money and time, and increased efficiency. In the framework agreement negotiations I managed to reduce costs with 15% and introduced a fixed monthly rate for longer assignments (i.e. no compensation for over time). I rationalized the internal processes for hiring, allowing the contractor to be productive from day one and saved time for the client.

Newly created unit for indirect materials, where I was tasked with creating structure, processes, tasks, and routines. I worked with order administration, follow-up of goods received and payment, coordinating internal and external clients and vendors. Negotiated and purchased office supplies.AchievementsSimplified the order administration process which saved over an hour a day for 10+ assistants.
