I am currently a Travel Manager for Ticket Privatresor, a travel agency focusing on the private market. I am responsible for one of our shops where I manage the budget, daily routines, training new staff as well as helping my team with the sales and day-to-day activities.In spring 2022 I graduated from the Master's programme in Sustainable Destination Development at Uppsala University, Campus Gotland. However, I have approximately 15 years of experience in tourism, service, events and from cruise ships both in Sweden and abroad.I previously worked onboard Royal Caribbean's ships as Explorations Assistant Manager where my communication skills and ability to find solutions made me a key member of the team. I have also worked at Viking Cinderella for almost eight years, mostly as a Guest Services Officer but also as Entertainment Programme Coordinator. I am therefore used to a high pace, a high level of service, problem-solving and that no two days are the same. I write and speak English fluently after several years in London and at Royal Caribbean.Working on several projects simultaneously and performing under pressure have been essential in building relationships with business partners throughout my career. I am known for my work ethic, organisational skills and proactivity.I relish a bigger challenge, the same way I felt when I completed my Bachelor's in tourism and economics studies in Sweden and moved to London on my own initiative. I quickly secured a role as Sales Manager for a DMC and was praised for my ability to arrange both large and small events, securing hospitality and accommodation for large groups within budget as well as marketing.Working on several projects simultaneously and performing under pressure have been essential in building relationships with business partners throughout my career.
