Several insights were identified and turned into actions. This formed the base for our strategy and activity plans both centrally and in business units 2018-2019.

Responsible for the Commercial team at Ecophon Group Marketing Department, including Product Range Managers and Commercial Controller. 4 direct reports. Responsible for product lifecycle management, product positioning, pricing and profitability in Ecophon Group.

Marketing Manager for Formica in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Russia and Poland. I was responsible for the marketing strategy, the marketing budget, the product ranges and all marketing communication and market intelligence in Northern Europe. In 2013 I was responsible for introducing a range of facade panels to both new and existing markets. The work I did resulted in a move from 3% to 15% market share in the facade panel segment in our region. When I left Formica, Northern Europe was the region with the biggest contribution of turnover for this product group in Formica. Part of the managing group of Formica Northern Europe. Part of the European Marketing Team (matrix organization). Two direct reports.

Responsible for all PR and sponsorship activities. Developed the CRM/loyalty program for subscribers. During this period, I gained a lot of experience from working both strategically and operationally with brand and marketing communication.

Project Manager at Oriflames Print Production Department. Responsible for the product catalogue production for countries in Central- and Eastern Europe. The key learnings/experiences I gained during the years at Oriflame, is a very good ability to organize and structure complex projects and situations, an ability to deliver good results also under stress and above all a deep knowledge in managing projects in a large international business.

My first job after university. I started when the electricity industry just had gone through deregulation. I was involved in quotations and customer meetings. Planned and took part in exhibitions. I worked together with the advertising agency to produce information material and sales material and also developed the long term marketing plan.
