I was also heavily involved in our global talent review process, supporting both local HRs in the process as well as top management in analyzing the results. In both recruitment and talent management I was developing, implementing and training our own tools that support the processes globally and leading our global Resourcing and Talent ambassador network.2) HR support to Metals, Energy and Water (our other business area) line managers in FinlandIn my local role in HR Finland I was supporting line managers with all employment topics, from recruitment and contracts to job grading, compensation and performance management or from unfortunate employee reductions to temporary lay-offs.This double role gave an excellent view to the organization and to our HR processes from both operational and more strategic perspectives.
