Accomplished and committed legal executive with over 20 years of experience in contract drafting, IP law and trademark portfolios management . Obtained a LL.M. in European Economic Law, then qualified as a barrister and as chartered trademark attorney (before the EUIPO and the Italian PTO). Have worked both in private practice and in-house, operating within extremely varied working environments (ranging from technology driven companies to fashion & luxury). Used to work under pressure, am extremely resilient and able to keep my focus (and - reportedly - some sense of humor) through round-the-clock working sessions and critical moments. Refined the experience acquired in IP Management at WIPO Academy. Have a sound experience in organizing/re-organizing an IP/legal department from scratch.
