- Supported the World Wide Operations Talent Acquisition organization in the AMZL/NACF/NASC/GSF team with sourcing, recruiting, and screening for field HR positions. Managing on average 60-80 requisitions at all times.
- Actively generating candidate pipeline utilizing multiple platforms such as Boolean X-Ray search, referral, utilizing networks, etc...
- Actively screening candidates through evaluation questionnaires & recruiter phone screen
- Manages the front-end candidate interaction process by sourcing candidates utilizing internal platforms and utilizing boolean search strings to identify viable candidates
- Utilizes a variety of ATS system to track candidate through the pipeline
- Communicate and present business review with Business Leaders/Hiring Managers on a weekly basis to remain up-to-date on field initiatives & strategies
