My tasks are to update our websites, social media, ads, presentations and forms as well as planning of marketing materials and orders. I also organise fairs and internal / customer events, make newsletters and report the results to the management team.

I was working as an E-Commerce and Sales Assistant in a web site project for Toimistotarvikkeet.com. My role was to test the front end as well as back end functionality of the upcoming website. I was also updating and planning the contents and design web marketing (including social media and Google AdWords/Analytics). I was also assisting in the daily office routines, like billing and logistics.

My work included planning and making layouts for architectural competitions, designing marketing and press material, administration of company's image bank, organizing events and updating company website. I was responsible for keeping office hardware and software up-to-date. I also managed invoicing and salaries with the accounting agency.

I worked for four months as a temporary Marketing Assistant at Skanska. I updated brochures, marketing and presentation material, company intranet and social media. I organized trade fairs, events and trainings. I made reports and a variety of tasks, including coordination of customer feedback reporting based of different types of charts. I was also involved in implementing the company's new CRM system (MS Dynamics).

I worked as a Production Coordinator in the department of Foreign Programs. I ordered foreign material for Jim and Liv channels, also making sure they arrived on time. I forwarded invoices on program translations, coordinated the traffic between translation agencies and our company, as well as filed reports to Teosto on music played in the programs.

I worked at Dagmar Media Agency as a temporary Media Buyer between 2008-2009. I made the ad space reservations and purchases for customers in various media with an emphasis on radio, digital and print media. I planned media release strategies and media plans with our customers. Keeping in contact with customers, media and advertising offices was my everyday routine. I also handled our teams' international customer contacts.

During my time living in Tampere between years 2006-2008, I worked as a Sales Assistant at Hämeen Kirjapaino. My tasks included communication with customers in consulting them on technical matters of printing, responded in requests for quotation, e-commerce management, marketing campaigns, support and mailing services, workflow tracking between departments, work schedules, monitoring the marketing materials, in-house communications, filling in logistics department and handling of supplier contacts and work orders.

In 2006, I was employed at Teosto as Office Assistant in Communications Department. My work consisted of notifications of music venues, music licensing and billing data and customer service.

During my studies, I was working three and a half years as a part-time YLE TV News Assistant. I was a prompter user and did proofreading.

In 2005, I was AD and Communications Assistant Trainee at Miltton making layouts, image processing, product description, updating websites and doing graphic design. During training, I made a client company's staff magazine as my school thesis.
