My post-doctorate fellowship was completed at Community Health Center (APA-accredited) in Connecticut.I am an individual and group therapist for adults and older adults. I consider myself a generalist clinician with emphases in grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, and interpersonal difficulties. Throughout my training, I had clinical experiences in private practice, community health care, hospital, VA, and college counseling center settings. My research focused on how internalizing concerns (mood, anxiety, PTSD) are connected to externalizing behaviors (e.g. reactive aggression) and various factors that mediate/moderate these relationships. My thesis research topic related to the relationship of anxiety and aggression, specifically what mediates this relationship (focusing on social cognitive biases). My dissertation focused on PTSD and trauma. My graduate program advisor was Dr. Monica Marsee.
