Anna has been in the consulting business since 1995. She has had various leadership positions over the years, mainly focusing on client and market leadership. Specifically Anna has deep experience from account leadership, large business transformation programs and project management.Currently, Anna has the role as senior client account executive. She has the client group profit and loss responsibility, including account planning, budgeting and forecasting as well as client relationship management and client satisfaction. She works on idea origination and business case development based on deep industry and client insight.Anna has broad experience of system development and implementation work. She has worked with custom development, packaged systems such as SAP and SaaS platforms. The work has included system development on mainframe, client/server and cloud platforms, including the phases of design, build, test as well as technical architecture. During many years Anna worked as project manager, being key responsible for delivering system development and implementation projects.Anna is currently focusing on the Financial Services industry and has spent the vast majority of her career in the telecommunications industry as well as a couple of years within the retail industry.Anna holds an M.Sc. in Industrial Management and Engineering from the Linköping Institute of Technology in Sweden.
