I am working on transforming healthcare through agile. I have led strategic initiatives and the people programs for the Engineering Community team in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). We cultivated a collaborative culture that enables engineers to solve complex problems while continuously improving products and delighting our customers. My career journey reflects my drive and passion as a lifelong learner creating community and driving engagement. I have a 360 view of the business from my time in Development, Customer Support, IT, HR and now in Engineering. My passion to help organizations sustain and grow by motivating people, building strong methodologies, living by our values and connecting to an inspirational vision has been part of my whole career. My focus is helping employees to be change fit, engaged, aware of business context in order to drive value for our customers.
