ASDA Global Shared Services was established two years ago. My role was within the Time and Attendance Team. On a daily basis each member of my team was dealing with between 70 to 100 tickets to make sure that our colleagues are paid correctly. Each colleague had a unique contract, adjusted to their own situation. We had lots of the colleagues working on weekly, fortnightly, 3 week or monthly rotating shift patterns.

Reed Talent Solutions holds the outsourced contract for the supply of bank staff to the Leeds Teaching Hospitals Trust. The purpose of my role is to manage a team responsible for booking qualified nurses, specialist nurses and HCA’s throughout the Trust onto shifts. I also coordinate with external recruitment agencies and work closely with Senior Trust staff to manage the process of allocating the shifts.

I recruit SEN Teaching Assistants, Higher Level Teaching Assistants, Cover Supervisors, Early Years Practitioners on temporary, temp-to-perm or perm placements.

Each TianDe product is based on genuinely natural ingredients: Herbal Infusions (Ginseng, Ginger, Lotus, Laminaria etc.); Essential Oil (of Ylang-ylang, Ginseng, Rosemary, Almond etc.); unique animal components (Sheep Placenta, Snake Oil, Shark Cartilage, Collagen etc.), minerals (Pearl, Gold, Silver, Silicon etc).Due to the high percentage of natural ingredients included in TianDe products, they are extra efficient and delicate to use.
