My passion for helping others and learning has served me well in my roles at Signode, the Friendship Senior Options Foundation, Kraft Foods and professional support positions held throughout my career. As a result, I became known for my employee-focus and ability to help business leaders and teams reach their target audience by utilizing internal communication vehicles. I have enjoyed using internal sites to showcase story after story of individuals helped through Foundation grants due to generous donors, employees and grateful family members. As the Kraft Sales intranet site owner, I coached individuals and teams to create their own SharePoint team sites making their content intuitive to find for their users by housing information in one place. I acted as communication point person sending out business critical information requiring immediate action, such as product recalls and pricing changes. I also consolidated non-critical information from multiple business units and HQ teams into a weekly email distributed to approximately 1500 employees.
