Volunteer Business Counselor at Southern Arizona Chapter 689 of SCORE -“Counselors to America's Small Business," - a national nonprofit association and a resource partner with the U.S. Small Business Administration, dedicated to entrepreneur education and the formation, growth and success of the nation's small businesses. I partner with other volunteers who also have real-world business knowledge and experience to provide free and confidential business advice and counseling tailored to meet the needs of small start-up and active in-business entrepreneurs who require business expertise and/or guidance.

In a prior reporting role to the CSO I was responsible for developing tools, initiatives and activities to create an internal sales culture; Assisting with sales team design through talent selection; Deploying initiatives to institutionalize Sales Process; Developing and deploying sales tools to expedite sales performance; Selecting and implementing a multi-tier training curriculum to build several levels of sales capabilities; Monitoring sales metrics; and developing and facilitating targeted coaching programs around effective territory and portfolio management to up-skill the sales force and influence sales results.

Developed and delivered targeted training & learning interventions in the areas of Sales, Technology, and Management development to address performance gaps identified through strategic consulting within the organization.

Managed the Corporate Sales Training function: Conducting needs analyses and partnering with internal business clients to address sales performance gaps; Developing programmatic solutions to identified performance needs; Developing a competency-based sales training curriculum; Creating sales hiring profiles and multi-rater assessment tools; Managing the annual training scheduling and managing training records through a Learning Management System; Training Trainers; managing the corporate sales training budget to maximize resources; and Managing training vendor relationships.
