Lead team of talented Client Operations team members focusing on our Client Development technology ecosystem, including Foundation, InterAction CRM and data analytics efforts. Responsible for leading strategic marketing projects within Husch Blackwell's Client Development Department. Provide leadership and process improvements across a wide variety of projects from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closing. Projects have included • a fast-paced website branding refresh, implementation of a new propriety CMS, content migration and complete rewrite within 8 months;• lateral onboarding of several large groups of attorneys; • creation of departmental Standard Operating Procedures; • designing an ongoing client experience and feedback program; and • launching and executing a firm-wide internal engagement program.

Responsible for planning, organizing, and leading complex marketing and communications strategies for a top 20 law school with a national and international constituency. Use hands-on, proactive problem-solving to identify challenges and opportunities, gain consensus, and implement innovative projects and processes. Current Areas of Focus:▪ Oversee all marketing and communications efforts for law school, including digital, web,social media, and print▪ Participate in all phases of messaging from concept creation to editing and proofreading▪ Set schedules, track projects, and coordinate tasks to meet deadlines▪ Draft crisis messaging, speeches, and talking points for executive leadership▪ Navigate approval process with management and legal counsel▪ Envision, write, and publish weekly email newsletter to law school community, monthlyemail newsletter to alumni, and targeted outreach to other stakeholders▪ Lead team of communications professionals and work with outside vendors to meetcommunications objectives▪ Spearhead strategic overhaul of communications efforts in response to market changes,including partnership with a consultant▪ Serve on Law School Diversity and Inclusion Committee and as delegate to annual, university-wide Days of Discovery, Diversity and Inclusion
