Responsible for leading strategic marketing projects within Husch Blackwell's Client Development Department. Provide leadership and process improvements across a wide variety of projects from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closing. Projects have included • a fast-paced website branding refresh, implementation of a new propriety CMS, content migration and complete rewrite within 8 months;• lateral onboarding of several large groups of attorneys; • creation of departmental Standard Operating Procedures; • designing an ongoing client experience and feedback program; and • launching and executing a firm-wide internal engagement program.
