SpringBrook Behavioral Health operates as a 135-bed facility specializing in psychiatric and behavioral health services, featuring two distinct programs:For adolescents and pediatrics, Springbrook provides acute inpatient and long-term residential care tailored to children with dual diagnoses of behavioral health disorders and Autism spectrum conditions, particularly those displaying severe and profound behaviors.For adults, the hospital delivers short-term acute psychiatric care and assistance with chemical dependency.In my capacity as an account representative for Springbrook, I serve business and referral partners in Greenville and surrounding regions. My role acts as a conduit, disseminating information about our services to current and potential referral sources. This involves collaborating with various professionals such as physicians, discharge planners, care coordinators, intake specialists, and other referral sources to assess eligibility and suitability for our inpatient and residential services.Additionally, I monitor community-based programming trends and changes that could impact the effectiveness of Springbrook's services. I contribute to community education efforts through presentations, participation in events, and networking meetings. Furthermore, I oversee contracting and business development activities with managed care entities within my territory.

Senior Action is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of senior citizens. It offers a range of services and programs tailored to meet the needs of older adults like social activities, educational workshops, health and wellness programs, volunteer opportunities, and assistance with accessing community resources. We also advocate for the rights and well-being of seniors and collaborate with other community organizations to address issues affecting older adults. Overall, Senior Action aims to promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for seniors through various means of support and engagement.
