Recent consulting projects include: Developed and provided implementation oversight for a “Cradle-to- Graduation” process for career readiness at a large multi-campus institution. Using Career Services to drive outcomes, developed classroom workshops for managing online presence, resume & cover letter, leveraging social network to find a job, conducting a successful job-search, time-management for job seekers, high impact interviewing, and professionalism on the job. Developed metrics for measuring program success, increased graduate employment rates from under 50% at start of consulting engagement to over 80% in all programs for all campuses. Implementing a comprehensive personalized curriculum plan for an on-ground and online provider of high quality and highly diverse degree programs aimed on improving graduates employment outcomes for the long-term. Programs aimed to better prepare students, with courses operating on a Prepare and Apply model. As such, they required experiential learning programs (internships) in order to graduate and thereby needed Career Service’s enhancements. Identified and implemented platforms for internship management, online electronic portfolios, mock interview support as well as in-classroom activities and benchmarks to gauge student’s work readiness.
