•Act as a single point of accountability for a client throughout the on-boarding process managing the client relationship throughout the project lifecycle.•Create and manage project plan for new client on-boarding process across multiple departments, including system integration, data center, client services and support.•Create project charter and scoping documents for customer implementations. Manage projects to these expectations.•Communicate project status from all team members to client as well as internal stakeholders.•Manage multiple clients with multiple projects per client running in tandem. Lead project team and develop resourcing requirements.•Responsible for understanding the SAAS product capabilities and how those features can be aligned and utilized to fulfill the clients business requirements. •Lead coordination with external services and technologies required to execute the project. Coordinate post rollout support services with support team and ensure a successful handover upon completion of a new implementation.
