•Act as a single point of accountability for a client throughout the on-boarding process managing the client relationship throughout the project lifecycle.•Create and manage project plan for new client on-boarding process across multiple departments, including system integration, data center, client services and support.•Create project charter and scoping documents for customer implementations. Manage projects to these expectations.•Communicate project status from all team members to client as well as internal stakeholders.•Manage multiple clients with multiple projects per client running in tandem.
