I love new challenges and as much variety as I can get my hands on. One day I’m acting for a planning authority and the next I’m representing a developer. What’s more, before I joined the private sector, I worked in-house for local authorities. My clients know they are in safe hands because I understand their case from all angles and draw on this knowledge to plan ahead. When I’m not staying in tune with clients by email and phone, you’ll find me preparing CLEUD applications or objections to planning applications, advising on compulsory purchase and compensation, advising on listed buildings and highways including s278 and s38 agreements, advocating at public inquiries, advising on judicial review, and representing clients at Core Strategy Public Examinations.You might also know me as the co-founder of a successful holiday business in North Wales. Developing this venture has been a real journey. I know how it feels to plan out the future for your hopes and ambitions, whilst also keeping in mind what’s best for the community. In the future, I plan to cultivate a planning service for local solicitors to become involved in the community.
