I currently seeking a new role following office restructure and redundancy. I am a PA able to multi task to more than one boss. I have excellent computer skills with Outlook/ Word/PowerPoint/ Excel/Publisher/Adobe Acrobat. I currently spend a lot of time managing my boss’s demanding diary and coordinating meetings as well as doing the minutes for various committees. When I'm not doing that I am busy with my role suporting my boss with his Site Sponsor role I take responsibility for dealing with sorts of office issues where I need to be able to communicate with facilities, IT, catering, security as well as H&S to find resolutions. Through my varied experience I am able to handle confidential material with the appropriate sensitivity and prioritise my workload using my own initiative. Through previous roles I have developed excellent telephone skills with people at all levels globally. I have also gained extensive experience and knowledge of arranging travel and hotels in the UK and overseas and arranging any relevant visas. I have event management skills and have organised events for 100+ both internal and external. I am a flexible team player a skill I developed whilst looking after a boss who covered 6 offices in different time zones. Whilst completing the other usual day to day duties and being highly organised I have gained experience of budgets and processing invoices and am competent at audio typing and willing to learn new skills.
