• Manage and administer GLC’s benefit programs. • Keep records of benefit plans participation such as insurances, 401K and the Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP). • Coordinate and communicate procedures to enroll and administer employee insurance and benefit programs. • Provide employee benefit orientations, enrollments and claims processing. • Manage employee statistics for government reporting. • Respond to benefits inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs. • Maintain employee files and database of all employee benefits and insurance information. • Assist the HR Managers with projects. • Maintain confidentiality. • Ability to review/update/have access to the compensation of employees in the organization.
