All of our work is built around the three key themes of global citizenship, environmental sustainability and quality education for all. We are a source of educational programs and solutions in the classroom and beyond; and a force for sustainable change in education both in Indigenous communities here and around the world. Elephant Thoughts works with schools across Canada including more than 100 Indigenous schools in communities annually as well as supporting projects in developing countries through the Child Freedom Project.

- Supported white-glove executive recruitment for Global TA team Centre of Excellence, including travel and on-site coordination, working with external agencies, creating candidate briefs, research and sourcing.- Managed NA Employee Referral Program- Worked on cross-functional project with Global Communications team to develop Talent Brand Strategy and EVP for global rollout- Led efforts and strategy to showcase employee-generated content for social media channels

- Specialized in teaching adults and university students effective speaking, listening, reading and advanced writing skills; led adoption of problem solving, logic and critical thinking approach to learning- Helped over 80 Indonesian students pass their standardized tests, enabling them to enter universities in Europe, Australia and NA
