Als Career Coach Supply Chain & Logistics ben ik de coach van gedetacheerde medewerkers. Hiernaast ben ik ook actief bezig met het onderhouden en uitbreiden van mijn netwerk van zowel verschillende bedrijven als professionals. Als Career Coach Supply Chain & Logistics houd ik me onder andere bezig met:- Het beheren van accountmanagement binnen het vakgebied Supply Chain & Logistics;- Het onderhouden en uitbreiden van mijn netwerk middels koude & warme acquisitie;- Het intensief benaderen van professionals op het gebied van Supply Chain & Logistics;- Het aanbieden van actieve sollicitatiebegeleiding;- Het aanbieden van Carrière Coaching.

Within this function, I have the final responsibility for all decisions made within the sorority, I lead the weekly meetings, make sure that all committees do their tasks well and on time, and communicate with the student association, S.A. Xenia. Moreover, planning and decision making are a big part of this function.

A board function that requires helping the Praeses (Chairwoman) wherever possible with her tasks (taking over the weekly meeting or the monthly meeting with the association for example) and keeping busy with possible sponsorships for the Sorority.

A Board function which includes overlooking and being responsible for financial decisions and actions within the sorority, including payments to internal and external parties as well as informing the sorority about the monthly numbers during meetings.

A Board function which includes writing the minutes of each meeting. As wel as being responsible for all English communication with other parties. Besides this composing English letters is also a big part of my function.
