Since joining Froedtert Health in 2007 my main focus of work has been implementation of various Epic systems across the enterprise. These include:• Epic Inpatient Clinical Documentation• Epic Orders• Epic ASAP at Community Memorial and Moorland Reserve• Epic Radiant at 5 Center for Diagnostic Imaging locations• Epic Ambulatory at Moorland Reserve and the new Center for Advanced Care facility currently in progress – a total of 24 clinics across all service lines. • Epic MyChartIncluded with above projects were additional duties associated with building new or acquiring existing locations throughout Southeastern Wisconsin, such as:• Coordination between FH IT and Building owners to establish Froedtert Health network services. • Coordination with Architectural firms to ensure building design will serve the occupants according to their specifications and desires. • Coordination of IT assets, including inventory of existing assets, and procuring, configuring and deploying new assets. • Coordination an implementation of Rauland 5 (R5) Nurse Call system where applicable
