CurrentAt Kumura, we care about people and projects, because projects are supposed to succeed. We have around 50 project management professionals working all over Finland with emotional skills and an emphasis on meaningful working.According to our experience, meaningful projects are more successful – that's why we approach projects with a human-centered approach that emphasizes meaningfulness. We act as outsourced project managers and we also help our customers to develop their own project activities by coaching, training and consulting.At Kumura, we have cared about people and projects since 2006. We have grown along the way: In the summer of 2020, we took a growth leap when the project management specialist companies Pasaati from Tampere, Digioiva from Helsinki and Kumura from Jyväskylä joined forces. In the winter of 2022, we joined forces with Adapro (former Project Institute Finland), and we merged a year later.Nowadays we have project expertise and project management professionals all over Finland, and we operate nationwide and regardless of location.
