I have worked with children ages 0-21 in a public school setting as a School Psychologist since 2003. I am passionate about providing parents and their children with accurate assessments and social-emotional support. I have particular interest and expertise in assessing for specific learning disabilities using a cross-battery approach. I enjoy working with children, teachers and parents to better understand ADHD, executive functioning and a variety of other impacting behaviors.In my spare time I enjoy running and fundraising for Ameena Project, a non-profit program which runs a school in Thika, Kenya. My husband and I have been involved in NGO work in Kenya since 2009 when we both took leave from our professional careers to move to Kenya to open and operate another program.
