Within Europrop International, a European collaboration programme between ITP Aero, MTU Aero Engines, Rolls-Royce and Safran Aircraft Engines--> Project coordinator of the most relevant project at EPIManaging and coordinating transversal functions such as Enginering, MRO, Commercial, Purchasing in order to achieve the first objective set by EPI Senior Management.Including: set up of a Dashboard with KPIs, follow_up and coordination of industrial sites, follow-up and coordination of commercial bids and requests.--> Change Coordinator within the Product & Design Stream:- Responsible for a portfolio of changes, to be driven from the earlier stages of the emerging need (new issue or opportunity, requirement from authorities,…) and until its implementation in service. - Interface with Parent Companies of the consortium and Customer throughout the Change process.- Identify risks and opportunities, monitor and consolidate them within the Product Design Stream register

Objective of the project (achieved): set up a training center that provides a 4 months theoretical and practical training programme delivering certifications that allowed the participants to work on the Military Engines Assembly line (M88, TP400 engines). This project was part of the M88 ramp-up Program. - Define the scope of the project, progression/indicators reporting, - Budget management, Risks management - Design the training center’s plan and follow-up of the implementation - Contribution to the development of the training programme

Objective of the project (achieved): Develop and industrialize /automate the NDT for LEAP engine’s RTM fan blades in accordance with the criteria established by the Design Office and the industrial constraints (Productivity and Costs), for two new SAFRAN plants in France and the USA.-->Management of the X-Rays Computed Tomography Non Destructive Technique’s development (until TRL6) for the LEAP engine’s RTM fan blades - part of the TRITON Project (TRaitement d’Images par TOmographie Numérique).- Definition of work plans for the team and follow-up, Transversal management (10 people) - Progression reporting, technical milestones validation (Audit, TRL milestones), Risks management- Coordination of and follow-up with suppliers; - Industrialisation support for two new plants in France and in the USA: NDT process and participation of algorithms validation for automatized indications’ identification -->Management : in charge of the Project Unit as interim – Direct Management of 5 Project Managers (Engineers)

Implementation on Infrared Thermography Non Destructive Investigation for composites materials - Project management - Development of the NDT process up to TRL5 - Follow-up of subcontracting tests in France and in the UK
