As the connectivity Sales Manager I was directly responsible and held accountable for annual revenue, operating budget, or profit & loss dollars of $1–21 million. I was responsible for driving profitable outcomes in the Computing and Tablet Department as well as the Best Buy Mobile departments of the Store. As the Operations manager I was in charge of the entire store operations for the Lees Summit location. I was able to master my problem solving, recruiting, performance management and decision making skills. I delivered top performance in our Multi channel operations consistently.
