CurrentAssociated with the TdH-NL India programme since June 2018. My role involves leading the programmes in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, focusing on empowering victims of child marriage and reducing child labour in waste picking supply chains and semi-rural labour.Some of my responsibilities include leading and supporting workshops, conferences, and seminars organized by TdH-NL and its partner organizations in India. I also assist the Country Manager in mobilising resources and fundraising. Additionally, I organize and facilitate cross-learning and knowledge sharing sessions among the project team.I act as a liaison between Terre des Hommes, Netherlands Head office and Partner Programmes to ensure integrated programme planning and monitoring. I am responsible for the effective implementation of programmes in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, managing project teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of outcomes.Furthermore, I manage and collaborate with external consultants hired for research, evaluations, and content creation. I provide support to partner organizations for the qualitative delivery of project activities at the district and state levels. I ensure the timely submission of reports from partner organisations and submit analysis reports to donors after review and revision.I ensure effective delivery of project outcomes in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu through monitoring and team capacity enhancement. I measure activities and outcomes against agreed indicators. I also provide close support to partners in coordinating and delivering trainings and other activities outlined in the project proposal. Overall, my role is to lead and support various aspects of the TdH-NL India programme, ensuring its successful implementation and contribution towards empowering victims of child marriage and reducing child labour.
