When I was little I used to dream about setting up a stall at the end of our farm road to sell the produce we produced on the farm. Today I delight in sharing our super flavoursome home grown berries and their juice containing myriad micro nutrients with consumers from all over. My passion is thinking up new ways to get those fabulous berries into juice formats which get them into consumer hands whether food enthusiasts, dieticians, doctors, visitors, parents…… all consumers increasingly recognising the problem of modern nutritionally depleted diets.
