For the past 10 years I have been helping and continue to help holidaymakers who have suffered illness due to poor hygiene and food handling practices in their package holiday hotels.Prior to bringing claims against UK tour operators, I spent 28 years working as a Defendant lawyer dealing with holiday illness and accident claims for some of the major tour operators. My understanding of how tour operators work has stood me in excellent stead for my present role.I believe that I am well-respected in the travel law industry having gained the reputation for being firm but fair in my approach to claims handling. In relation to my clients, I always take the view that my clients are my customers and they receive the highest standard of customer service, consideration and support during the claims process which they often initially find a little daunting.
