Currently pursuing climate justice through mobilizing Massachusetts municipalities to equitably electrify buildings. How do we at the BEA do this? Through creating and maintaining networks of municipal leaders and advocates, developing and sharing best practices and other resources, and prioritizing actions and strategies that will move building decarbonization forward quickly and justly.I've had a complete career of building and directing national, regional and local social justice groups and advocacy action networks. Extensive experience in applying research and organizational assessment to strategic directions of advocacy and social justice groups. For many years, I focused on educating and organizing low-income youth groups in civic and voter engagement.
