Senior Client Success Manager
CurrentEstablish client relationships and build their loyalty, consult with the client to define appropriate desired outcomes based on the client’s suite of products, ensure the client’s optimal use and solution adoption of products, and drive engagement through data insights. Influence and educate clients to align them on best practices. Provide recommendations on changes and design enhancements to improve processes, customer experience, and performance. Work cross-functionally with strategic and technical colleagues to accomplish customer goals.
