Anne is a Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) professional, Financial Advisor and founding partner of The Bolton Fraley Group. A former executive with IBM and Lexmark and an experienced Financial Advisor approaching her 22-year mark, Anne understands firsthand the unique challenges successful individuals and families face. She believes they all share a common bond: they encounter important life events that require timely and tailored financial guidance to help them make the right decisions for themselves, their careers, and their families.Anne is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, MA, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Economics. She began her career at a small investment advisory firm, where she was first introduced to the role and value a financial advisor can provide. A call from IBM, though, would take her career in a new direction. For the next 25 years, Anne worked at IBM and later Lexmark in a number of leadership roles – from sales and marketing to product development and manufacturing. She loved being in line management, but it was working one-on-one with individuals to help them solve important issues and make a real difference in their lives that was her true passion. In 2002, Anne made a career-changing decision to return to the financial services industry. She first became a Financial Advisor at Smith Barney (now Morgan Stanley) and is honored to work with an exceptional group of clients, connecting people of all backgrounds to their goals and wishes, while helping them simplify their financial life. In 2020, Anne teamed up with Brandon Fraley, who also worked in a different industry before becoming a Financial Advisor. Now together at Raymond James, they align their years of hands-on business experience with their desire to help others solve their financial challenges to provide a truly differentiating client experience.A strong believer in giving back, Anne is active in her community. For more than 12 years, Anne has been a Trustee of Midway University and is currently Chair of the Finance Committee and a member of the Executive Committee. She served on the Lexington Arts & Cultural Council (now LexArts) for 11 years and chaired the Board. She was also on the Board of the Lexington Chamber of Commerce (now Commerce Lexington) and served as one of the Vice Chairs, and she has served on the Board of Bluegrass Care Navigators (formerly Hospice of the Bluegrass), and chaired the Investment Committee.
