As a Leadership Development Coach I ground my work in the principles of adult development, focusing on the development of my clients as leaders and human beings, always recognizing that they are part of the organizational systems they work in. I work to build awareness of habits and patterns of thinking that may be holding them back and practices that allow expanding perspectives and facilitate new possibilities and change that goes beyond behavioural change to mindset change.Together we focus on how they lead their own teams so that they can in turn properly focus on giving their maximum contribution to the leadership team they are part of and as leaders in their organizations. This may sometimes involve working directly with their teams to build capacity and understanding of what it takes to be a high performing team.I draw on my own international commercial experience in Finance & Banking and Professional Services.
