As Executive Director of the CFT, I work with faculty on their professional development. The CFT designs and implements PD programs for faculty at Westminster, Drew Charter School, and some other Atlanta Public Schools and independent schools.

Las Vegas

As Head of School, I was responsible for all aspects of the school's programming. Meadows is an independent day school serving nearly 900 students in grades K-12. I worked with the Board of Trustees and the four division heads who led each of their respective divisions of the school. In addition, I worked with the Development Office and Business Office to oversee the school's financial and fundraising programs.

I was the head of the Upper School and responsible for leading a division of 160 students and 25 faculty.

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Area

I was the "assistant head of school" responsible for academic affairs in a K-12 school that served about 800 students. This title in quotes is the title that is most familiar to people in the independent school world. I also acted as the interim upper school division. My responsibilities included leading the Upper School (grades 9-12) and then working with all K-12 faculty on the academic program.
