As Director of Partner Success at Health Equity, I'm responsible for ensuring the successful execution of operational initiatives for Health Plan Partners, National Accounts and Vendor Performance. My team works with clients to provide internal and external solutions to meet our customers’ needs and to ensure their objectives are met. I'm responsible for the oversight of cross-functional projects to ensure that renewals, performance improvements and new program initiatives adequately address the unique operational needs Health Plan Partners and National Accounts. Additionally, I oversee initiatives to develop and deploy best practice processes, technology, training, and templates to improve the quality and effectiveness of performance for clients as well as identify opportunities and facilitate deployment from an operational perspective for our clients.
