Talent Development Officer
Current• Conduct training sessions for employees using a variety of delivery methods.• Evaluate the effectiveness of personal facilitator led learning sessions and make necessary adjustments.• Identifies applications of functional knowledge and existing OD and L&D methodologies to talent development-related problems.• Interprets customer challenges and recommends solutions/best practices to address talent development needs• Trains/mentors junior staff. • Guides others in resolving advance issues in talent development and takes a broad perspective to identify solutions.• Serves as a resource for best practices/quality within the team or in projects.
