• Developed multi-tier program model, establishing a holistic high performing statewide out-of-school time enrichment model that successfully navigated young people out of multi-generational poverty.• Strategically grew the organizational infrastructure from $70K to $6.7M (serving over 2,000 clients across 14 campuses) in 17 years.• Expanded program model from a drop-in center to scientifically grounded educational enrichment model incorporating year-round learning for youth grades 5 through 12 and continued mentoring and support through post-secondary education.• Led the organization through multiple stages of development and implementation, including three strategic plans, two organizational branding processes.• Established metrics to measure both short-term and long-term results• Utilized metrics to help determine the future vision of the organization and multiple fund development plans to meet the demands of the growing organization.• Grew the staff from three part-time employees to 61 (54 FT) employees and increased youth participants from 20 to over 600 annually. Expanding family services and provided case management and educational supports to additional 1,400 family members. Achieved strong community impact and long-term growth among participants over 17 years. • Established subsidiary COSA (Center for Out of School Enhancement) to serve as knowledge hub a think tank. Secured multi-year contract with Ohio Department of Education to serve as professional development and coaching lead for 250 afterschool programs. • Established partnership with Cleveland State University’s Center for Urban Education to create research institute to evaluate programs and practices to move children out of generational poverty.

• Facilitated and supported individual psychotherapy for children with autism, Asperger’s syndrome, and traumatic brain injuries.• Developed and implement individualized socialization groups, to help foster positive pro-social bonding, create opportunities to model appropriate interactions with peers and adults, and practice engaging in conversation with others. • Consulted and collaborated with school districts to provide suggestions for implementing individualized treatment plans for children with special needs.

• Created and implemented the “Camera Club” violence prevention project for at-risk youth in Philadelphia City Schools, serving 100 at-risk youth in Philadelphia.
