Open Doors Academy (ODA) is a nonprofit organization based in Cleveland, Ohio. ODA works to create equity in education through high-quality afterschool, summer, and family programs for students in grades K-12 and at least one year out of high school. The organization's mission is to protect, inspire, nurture and challenge youth to reach their full potential. Founded in 1992 in St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Cleveland Heights, Ohio, ODA now serves over 1300 scholars each year in 21 programs across eight districts in Northeast and Northwest Ohio.
