My main responsibilities are to develop, implement and adjust our strategy and lead our human resource management operations that range from recruiting, onboarding/offboarding and talent management to developing employee experience and organizational culture. Besides strategy and HR, I manage our digital development projects, finance and internal service team and participate in developing sales, marketing and customer experience. I also work closely with our customers by managing our larger customer projects.

My main responsibility is to manage and develop our HR procedures, financial management, and larger customer projects. I’m responsible for multiple HR tasks, such as recruiting, talent management and offboarding. As part of my daily tasks, I manage the invoicing, purchase ledger and accounts receivable. I also lead our service team and work closely with our customers by developing and managing larger customer projects.

As a project management intern, I ensure everything works smoothly in our customer projects. I manage practical arrangements from scheduling, booking, registering to customer and stakeholder communication. Supporting our professionals in various development projects and day-to-day operations are also an important part of my work.
