I am currently responsible for leading the Brand Marketing team at Brown Thomas Arnotts where I work across Ireland's two most iconic retail brands. With my team, I lead all brand campaigns for the business and work collaboratively with an array of business units including, digital, social, buying and creative teams. I devise creative briefs and work collaboratively with our partner agencies and suppliers to deliver on innovative and creative brand campaigns and activations across TVC, VOD, OOH, Social Media, Press and Events.As part of my role I work collaboratively with a core team to develop the yearly creative calendar which lays out the themes and overall direction and strategy for both Brown Thomas and Arnotts.I managed the marketing campaign for the launch of the new Brown Thomas Dundrum store. Ideating a bold and innovative social media strategy which included moments like going dark on social as well as a one shot drone take of our new store which is one of our most successful ever posts on social media reaching over 100K views. I managed our impactful re-opening campaigns ensuring that both brands had a distinct point of view and tone of voice that was relevant to the nuances of each brand’s identity. I also manage our Christmas campaigns, our most integrated 360 campaigns of the year.I lead Pride and Black History Month campaigns to great success for both brands. Each campaign set out to reposition Brown Thomas Arnotts as a modern, culturally aware business that is not only not afraid to get involved in conversations of importance but uses those conversations as an opportunity to raise up and give a platform to exceptional people across art, music, philosophy etc. I was the winner of the Driving Creativity and Innovation Award in 2021, nominated by my peers and colleagues and awarded by our board of Directors.
