This is a Design and Production Company doing Private Label Exclusive Merchandise Direct for Retailers and Wholesale Manufacturers. We work as a consultant from the outside, collaborating with the Retailers' Merchandising Executives and Buyers. In manufacturing, we operate with a "fast turn" and smaller minimums compared to most Chinese Manufacturing Companies and faster than most Internal Production Departments. We work with Retailers doing a planned flow of merchandise on a month by month basis, as well as "Chasing" a missed Style, Item, Trend, Look or Color, to get it onto their retail floor as fast as possible!As an example, I do a range of Intimate Apparel for Anthropologie under the ribbon label, "pinkerton" consisting of foundations, panties, sleepwear, lounge wear and robes. I also do Blouses and Dresses for them under several of their in-house labels.I also do Trend Analysis, Presentation Trend Boards for direction and mood, Branding, Market Analysis, Store or Shop Design, as well as, Custom Concepts, Style Design, Print and Color and production, if desired, delivered to your Distribution Center.

I was assistant to Dan Carithers in Store Design and Display, selecting furniture and accessories for the model rooms in the store for homes. During that time I was also responsible for putting together a number of Impulse Shops within both the Store for Homes and the Store for Ready-to-Wear. As Fashion Coordinator, I was responsible for covering the Trends in the Market, analysing those trends and for setting the FASHION STRATEGY and Calendar for buying, advertising and display. This allowed the store's cases, ledges, windows, department displays and advertising to express one fashion story, one color palette and one message simultaneously in all possible departments, thus impacting the customer and inciting increased interest in the store's fashion merchandise messages throughout the year.
